As other people have said, it's very hard. However, after a few weeks of use it has softened up a bit.Dimensions are about 2cm shorter as other people have said. Not a big issue on something this size, just disappointing.If you're going to use it for sitting up in bed like me, then you'll need a pillow or something behind your head as the dimensions are just not quite right to lean back properly.Overall I'm disappointed with it and feel it's very over-priced. Nothing wrong with it, but I can't recommend it.

Seems well made and most importantly it's big enough to actually lie on. I use mine for reading in the "high" position" but you can flip it around and put it in the "low" position also. I would think people who prefer to sleep in a slightly raised position would find this useful.

Not sure if it’s actually memory foam or just foam but it helps me sleep

Quite expensive but useful for daughter who spends plenty of time studying on her bed instead of at her desk! Used when friends are lounging on her floor too.

But I don't believe this is really memory foam but instead it's jus regular foam...It's comfortable but lack the resistance and density of actual memory foam. Does an ok-ish job to hold to back ok

Very firm. Which i was always lookin for.Many colours to choose from.So far so good.Hope this will last long time.

This is huge and I haven't use it as I find it uncomfortable.It's just not for me, does not mean it's not for you.

It turned out to not be my best solution. Its bigger than I need. The material is fine.
