When assembling this shed its difficult to imagine how it is going to stand up, as the thin panels flap around in the slightest breeze. However, once the base and roof are fixed in position, the structure stiffens up and ultimately the shed is pretty robust. There biggest shortfall in the design is the use of self tapping screws to hold the thing together. These are screwed into the very thin material and strip it with anything more than fingertip pressure on the screwdriver when tightening them. I would say about 1/3 of the many screws on my shed stripped in this way; even taking great care to avoid this. I plan to replace the screws with 1/3" pop rivets, which will give me more confidence that the panels will not fly off in a high wind, or be removed by a thief with a nothing more than a Philips screwdriver.
