Not sharp, handles extremely thin
Not what I would call good knives, I returned them. They came with are very obtuse edge, even though I know how to sharpen I don't think you should need to with the price and claims on these knive. Invest your money in something else, I would stay away from the gladiator guild stuff as I ordered 2 different sets (one for me and one for my wife) and both of them are very dull and extremely uncomfortable to hold .

Not Damascus steel
False advertising. Damascus steel is not supposed to oxidize after cutting a single onion. Well that's what happened with the set of knives I purchased. So I returned the set.

Do Not waste your time.
The weight of these knives were good. They looked really nice, however if you can't cut through a banana without hurting yourself. Don't waste your time. An emory board would have cut better than this.
