It finally did after me having to purchase another set of bands that came with multiple pin sizes. This band does have one side where if you press the pin in enough on the other side with enough pressure teh band has a cut out area to get the rest of the pin in and then once you do it pops into place. It is hard to explain how it all goes together, but once you figure it out it is okay. I would not want to have to change this band out everyday, but it would be really good as a replacement band that you planned on keeping on your watch long term.
