Quick update...I still love this, and I use it often. The only problem I’ve had is that the roller on the smaller side came off, and it’s not staying on when I try to reattach it. It keeps falling off when I try to use the other side. I am going to use some glue, and I think that will fix the problem. Anyway, I would still highly recommend this product, because it works really well. It’s the perfect size to pinpoint specific areas of your face, and I can really feel the tension being released. I still like the cooling stone, too.Oh my gosh! How does this little thing work so well? I've never used anything like this, and am pleasantly surprised. I am much less tense after one day, and somehow it even seemed to help my sinus congestion. Not sure if that has to do with lymph nodes, or something else. Love it!

I absolutely love this jade roller! It arrived promptly and very securely packaged. There are photo instructions on how to use both the roller and the included gua sha massager. They are very easy to follow and of you want more in depth instructions there are many videos on YouTube as well.The items are very beautiful, and also very sturdy and solid. With just my first use I loved the very cooling effect the jade had against the skin. It is this way every time i've picked it up. No need to cool it off in cold water or the fridge like other similar products. And the massaging/calming effects are very nice too. I can definitely see how over time this product used as apart of a regular skincare routine would help maintain and achieve healthy, firm skin. Highly recommended.

Pros:*Cooling, relaxing and therapeutic for all skin types.*Tools are lightweight and high quality. I've had no problems with the roller falling off the metal part.*Roller can be used to flatten out and keep a sheetmask in place or for a muscle massage.Cons:*For my liking, the gua sha tool is too small--I got a big forehead.*I did not like the box it came in. I store mine in an airtight container in the freezer after drying them with paper towel.

My first package did come broken in half but they were prompt in sending me a new one that I got in just two days. The return of the broken one was also a really easy process.I really love the jade roller it makes me skin feel so refreshed especially when I use it fresh out of the freezer. I also use it when I have a sheet mask on or when I just applied a serum or face oil to really help it sink into my skin better.The gua sha feels really great especially when I use it on my neck because my muscles tend to be tight there because of the way I sleep. It also feels good when I go along my cheeks and chin with it really helping the circulation there and it feels like a little face massage. Overall, would recommend this because you're getting two tools for a good price.

If used properly this will loosen extra tight muscles in the face. I bought this because I have very tight fascia muscles in my face and I wanted to relax some. The roller is great because it does fit around tight corners and stuff and it does relax the muscles however you have to use it frequently to keep them loose. The first time I used it what I noticed was that my skin had a nice glow and that my job was less tighter and they really brought out the circulation and glow in my skin. I will warn you that rolling them over extra tight facial muscles hurts and will leave a bruise that’s not visible but I bought it For this purpose and I understand that I have to use it daily in order for it to work.

I just received my jade roller yesterday and am overall pleased with the purchase. Upon opening the package I noticed the large jade stone was detached from the handle. I placed it in the roller and squeezed the sides to secure it, it seems to work just fine now and I haven’t had an issue with operating it. I’m confident if this problem reoccurs I can contact the company for a replacement if necessary.Using the jade roller is a very pleasant and relaxing experience and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the Gua Sha stone as well. The contours of the stone fit my face wonderfully. The jade roller rolls smoothly without any squeaking noise or other issues. Overall this is a great value and a good introductory set.

Its an amazing experience by getting an excellent product and very good support. I was expecting to receive a cheap tool, but when it received, it looks exactly like the picture, very sturdy, high quality. Hard to find jade rollers that are good quality and not photoshopped to look better over the internet. Definitely a good little investment on a higher end product. I was impressed by the quality of the product. My wife started to use and really pleased with the outcome. She’ve only been using it for 1 week but can notice the difference with the smile on her face.The roller came with a little bend, immediately contacted the seller, they responded very quickly and immediately sent me a new roller without additional cost or asking to return the one I already received. I chose this roller because it was made in the USA. I had previously bought one that was cheaper, but it was cheaply made, and it didn't last. This roller is well made, and the roller doesn't feel like it is going to come loose like the other one. I read a study that said that these rollers stimulate blood flow in your skin for some time after you finish using them, so I am curious as to how this will make my skin look and feel. Both the roller and the massage tool are real jade.
