I thought I was missing some screws, but it turns out they placed the screws in their appropriate locations on the chair itself for easier item management. The chair was easy to build. Once built, I tried it out and it was super comfortable. I have had this chair since the beginning of August, 2018 and have not experienced any problems that could not be fixed permanently.Every time I went to sit down on this chair, I was relieved that my back would get the support and comfort it needed to be well. I could recline and watch movies, adjust my head-pillow to fit my upper-back, it was just overall very comfortable.WARNING:The chair comes with "3D" armrests, meaning you can adjust them to move left or right, and they snap in position. I found this feature quite annoying because, although adjusting the armrests left and right is very convenient, they do not lock in place after the adjustment. This means they just constantly snap back and forth between the three preset snap positions whenever you move. If this is not something you want, just email the vendor and they will send you a static armrest. They are kind, friendly, and fast.Overall I'm very satisfied with both the product and customer service.Edit:I ordered this chair on the 6th of August, 2018. It is now the 3rd of February, 2019, and the chair is still stable and comfortable! As mentioned earlier, I'm still satisfied with this chair and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable gaming chair.

First off, let me say that this a very affordable and quality gaming chair. If you want to invest in a gaming chair, but do not want to spend over $400, I would definitely recommend this chair. The chair came to my place within 4 days after it was shipped, which is really fast considering that I went with the free shipping option. Package was pretty solid, and didn't see too much damage with my box. I've read other people's reviews where their boxes came destroyed. But mine was in pretty good shape considering the fact that it was on the road for 4 days.I went with the white color, and I gotta say that it looks really clean. When I opened the box, everything was packed pretty nice, but I did see some scuff marks on some of the plastic components on the chair, but it was not really that big of a deal to me since it was barely noticeable. I checked to see if there were any damage to the leather, but it seemed everything looked okay. It comes with some instructions, a screw driver, and some screws. Most of the screw are located on the bottom of the seat and on the sides of the back rest. They are already screwed in, so you'll need to unscrew them when you're assembling the pieces. Assembly took a little over an hour for me. I would say that assembly would be much quicker if you have another person helping you out, but it's definitely doable by yourself. Some of the screws can be a bit hard to get in, but you'll eventually get it after enough tries (Another reason why a second person would be so much helpful. They'll be able to hold the chair for you while you're screwing in the screws.)After assembling everything, I finally took a seat in my new chair and boy was it comfy. I was a bit worried about the lumbar pillow, but I actually like it on my back. The recliner is a nice feature. I can definitely see myself taking naps in this chair when i'm reclined back. Another thing is the foot rest. The foot rest works for me, and is one of the main reasons I bought this chair. I'm only 5'7'' so the foot rest was perfect for me. I do however recommend that if you're over 5'10'' or 5'11'', that you look for a model without the footrest as it will do you no good. It won't reach far enough for tall people. You can adjust the height of the armrest and the placement of it as well. It can go outwards or inwards depending on your preference. There's also a knob at the bottom of the chair where you can adjust the rocking motion of the chair. Also, my chair doesn't seem to squeak like some people claim, but only time will tell with that.Overall. this chair is exactly what I was looking for and is very comfortable. Shipping was quick, and you definitely get your money's worth. This shows that you can get a decent chair without paying over $400. Would definitely recommend this chair.

It looks good sitting there....but climb in and it's so thinly padded I can feel the framework through the cushions.I have actually aggravated my sciatica and know have required upper back adjustments.My chiropractor has noticed a distinct change and also suggests I replace this chair ASAP.Build quality is average, it makes popping and binding noises when learning or adjusting.Despite the numerous "sponsored" videos about this brand, there is a definite REASON why this brand is 1/3 the price of quality units.

So my husbands computer chair broke and as a pc gamer he likes comfortable chairs that are adjustable. This one is very adjustable goes all the way back into a laying position. Our problem is that the arm rests once you adjust to the height you like, move side to side and don't stay locked in place. There's no pin or anything to keep them in position. It's beyond annoying. I can't even type at his desk without them moving. Basically I won't be ordering anymore chairs from Amazon. Too much of a pain to return.

The frame was bent so bad you could only get 3-4 threads in to hold it. The tension adjustment bolt pushed up into the seat. There is little to no padding on the seat. The stitching was horrible! Most of the bolts had to go in at an angle so that they wouldn’t cross thread. The wheels fell out when I picked it up (after sitting in the chair and they were “snapped in”). Basically horrible build quality!! I’ve bought $50 chairs that were built better than this!

hated everything about this chair except the way it looked. easy enough to assemble. but it's just not comfortable. actually hurt my back more. and don't pull the foot stool out too far, it'll just fall. ended up returning the chair

My son got this and I've used it as an office chair. Far better support and comfort than my office chair. Wish it wouldn't cost so much as I would get one for myself. But I will just borrow his while he's at school.

The media could not be loaded.  I don't know if this is normal or not, but although the armrests can be moved to a desired angle, they seem to be wobbly when static. I have already asked about this to the seller, but i really cant show it in pictures so i posted this video instead as a reply to my question. I hope the seller sees this and replies quickly. But I love the chair, overall.
