Soft ware not up to Standard
Product arrived on time and on test after down loading the App y- Disk found it did not back up your music only videos and photos.Flash drive itself very flimsy not in pressing button to release connections to iPhones and iPads.The soft ware it advises you to down load gets mostly bad reviews especially the iphone7.Question would I purchase this product again I have to say No.
