I'd say this filters out 80% of the glare often caused by those xenon headlights and exacerbated by rain. (I have them too but they are bright) it changes the blue tones yellow. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Excellent quality and fit.These glasses definitely make a positive difference when worn at night, noticably reducing headlight glare. No opportunity yet to use them in adverse weather conditions, but I've previously had similar glasses and they do improve vision in dull/rainy conditions.
