We actually purchased this water feature for the garden but ended up placing it inside our conservatory, it is a really nice water feature containing 17 small water bowls dripping down into each other with the calming sound of water falling. This is also ideal for any garden and is a talking piece when guests visit. It is extremely easy to set up and use. It’s very light until you put the water into the bottom half where the water is stored below the bowls so is not easily dropped over by the wind once filled. The small bowls have a copper effect making it look extremely costly but are a fraction of the price you see in so many garden or home stores such as B&Q and or Garden centres. This piece comes with a very easy to access water pump to enable you to clean it for any reason. The power cord is 10 metres long and is ideal if you have a feature in your garden that is towards the back end of it so is very reachable for many gardens. This is an ideal piece for any corners in a home or in the garden for that lovely sound of falling water where ever you may sit. Highly recommended

So firstly this product does look great. But I have to watch it constantly. There is something of a design or manufacturing flaw with the flow from one cup to another. The water needs to drop from one cup towards the centre of the next. However some of the cups have been welded in such a way that the water flows from one to the next very close to the lip of the lower cup. This makes the flow irregular and water spits all over the place. I have made sure the product is perfectly level. I have tried to alter the flow of water, which to be honest you can’t tell you have done. So. If you want something to look pretty as an ornament it is fine. If you want a water feature you can turn on and forget about whilst you sit in your garden, then it is not. It needs constant attention filling up the reservoir at the bottom. I’m so disappointed. As it cost enough and should work properly. Unless you are prepared to just sit and watch it with a watering can next to it. Don’t buy it.

Apart from the issue with the adaptor being the wrong shape. Priblem addressedby the seller by refunding us £20.Absolutely the water feature. Quiet calming and tall enough to be seen. Recomend it!

Looks great. Paint is easily scratched and needs a bit of straightening out to make it level but ends up looking lovely. Put some lights in ours to add a bit of sparkle.

Absolutely love this formal water feature. I needed to contact the company in regard to the plug supplied with the pump. Excellent customer services, offering partial refund, which worked for me as I was able to fit a plug myself. Would recommend, but please be aware that the plug may not be British standard!

The cascade is stuck in the base so I can’t actually set this up at all! Emailed the company but no response so far

It’s a really beautiful water feature, the sound of trickling water is so lovely and excellent value for money.
