Get the right size
I don't remember the size I ordered, but did have to trim the top so they would fit into my shoes. I needed a 9.5 and not sure if there are half sizes.

Great quality and made very well
Intersoles are made well and they feel good. I would buy them again. I need a little height in my arch area and they do that.

Higher arch would be great, but good product!
I wish these had higher arch support, but they are definitely better than nothing! You can easily trim to your size, but mine were perfect fitting as is. It helps with some pain relief from very high arches, but a higher arched insole would definitely be better! They do not have a weird smell at all. Easy to put in! Worth it for the price.
