This leather sleeve looks and feels way more premium than I expected. I use it every day when I’m heading to coffee shops or client meetings — it keeps my MacBook Air protected without adding bulk, and it just feels good pulling it out of the case. Very soft, light and good leather

I was looking for a sleeve that would match my new Midnight Blue MacBook Air, and the one from AarteDesign fits perfectly.

Just a leather sleeve. Expensive for two pieces of leather sewn together.

Smells good, looks good, feels good. What's not to like.

The color they advertise as "Cognac" is exactly what I've been looking for, and the price can't be beat! I ordered it without hesitation, and the color is nothing like what it shows on the screen. In fact, it was so much darker that I bought a second one, thinking maybe I had been sent the wrong thing. It was a completely different color than the first, but still didn't match what I saw on the screen. It was much closer, though, and the quality of the leather is so nice that I kept it. I think it may lighten and patina over time to look more like the photo. The leather itself is really high quality. It's buttery soft, and a smooth texture. It doesn't seem to have a lot of wax on it, so it may stain with the oils from your hands, etc. (I also ordered the Bordo when I was trying to get the right color. Note that Bordo has a pebbled texture and matches the screen color pretty well. It was also high quality and I considered keeping it but really don't have a use for two of these!)

Excellent quality, looks, feels and smells as great as genuine leather should. Fits the 13” MacBook Air perfectly and acts as a solid mousepad. Also works as a non slip surface for the MacBook on smooth surfaces.
