My Big Bright Bible Board Book

Admittedly stories very brief but to be expected in a baby's board book. Lovely pictures. My 2 year old daughter loves it and it has encouraged me to brush up again on my bible story knowledge again (!!)

It is a very bright book, with attractive illustrations for young children, however I was somewhat disappointed with the very short (often just two sentences) stories. I find myself embellishing and adding to the stories so that the children can understand them and so they make more sense. It's a good introduction to the Bible but I was hoping for something a bit more wordy, even just two more sentences per page would have been adequate.

Bought for my niece's Baptisim, a lovely bright book with simple stories. Robust pages suitable for young children. Reasonable price too.

Little ones loved this with its bright pictures and simple language.

It's a lovely book, only comment would be that the stories could be a little bit longer - only a few sentences for each one.
