This ice pack has been essential to my neck surgery recovery! It contours perfectly around the neck and shoulders, staying put without me having to hold it in place. The cold lasts a surprisingly long time and the compression feels just right — not too tight, not too loose. Being reusable is a huge plus when you’re icing multiple times a day. If you’re post-surgery and need reliable cold therapy, this is the one to get!

This ice pack is very nice! I am a large person 300lbs. Plus and have wide shoulders and the largest pack fit me perfectly. It freezes well, molds and bends fairly well and the Velcro is strong. The only issue I have had with it is that the fuzzy side is made of nylon. If you are allergic to nylon like me it feels very prickly but I wear a shirt under the ice pack and put cloth over the neck line if I need to so that it doesn’t touch my skin. The cold pack part is not made of nylon and it is smooth so all in all it’s been very good!!

It's a bulky item when you first get it out of the freezer but loosen up in about 5-7 minutes. The neck part does not really conform to the neck like I had hoped. For me I have to put the straps fairly close to the point I feel like I am choking. It does stay cold for approximately an hour. However,I do like the wrap around the shoulders.I am stuck in the middle of saying get it or don't.

This is a must in every household. I love how I can walk around with it on. It has good coverage of the upper back and neck. Appreciate the design with the stitching that helps hold and distribute the gel evenly. The material is very durable and strong. I have had other ice packs that were very flimsy. This one has a thick amount of gel so it holds its cold for the full amount of time (30min+) and distributes it evenly. The Velcro straps work well for both the front and the sides. For the neck, you just need to sit with your head back. The cold distributes nicely without getting too cold. I have lots of shoulder neck and back pain and this product really helps relieve the pain with having full coverage of the areas. I haven’t tried with heat. Will review once I do. It rolls and folds up nicely to fit in the freezer.

The size and coverage area are good for me, i am a bit petite though. It gets cold relatively quickly, especially for how big it is ( faster than some much smaller ice packs I have). It stays cold for a decent ( long enough) amount of time. I think a large person migjt find it not as big as they want, but maybe not. I think it likely is adequate size for most people though. The straps help hold it in place so you can walk around or sit up without having to hold it in place which was a main selling point for me. I have neck, shoulder, and back problems. The size and shape make it a good option for me. Provides coverage of my multiple problem areas at one time while allowing me to get up without having to hold my ice pack in place or leave it behind.

For the most part I like this product- I will do" a work around" with regards to the collar anchor. Much too tight around my neck when I use button fastner . It should have been an adjustable velcro system allow for the varying size of necks. Right now with this tight retention fastening it gets close to a choking feeling. I also agree that it loses the coldness rather fast, but it is good while it lasts.
