You gotta be careful with it. It can be fantastic. BUT frozen fruit will occasionally get stuck causing the motor and such to grind and put off a plastic burning smell. So I use it in a pulse manner and shake the contents between ever couple of pulses and add more fluid if it gets too thick.Otherwise I love it!!! 4min to go smoothies and shakes for the health of my body!

I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews, but I was very disappointed. There is a nasty smell, like burning sulfur, when I use the product, and the button that clicks the machine on when the blender is put in is jammed, so now I can only turn the machine on by plugging the outlet in. It still works, but isn’t worth the effort.EDIT: the company gave me a refund for the blender, which I really appreciate. I think mine was just faulty.

Use this every day to make shakes with ice its so strong there is no ice chunks left at all just a nice shake

Ok, pay attention, this is for lite blending. Not for ice or frozen products, like frozen strawberries. Also, use as pulse blender. Blend for a second or 2 and stop then repeat.I make yogurt, almond & coconut milk and fresh or defrosted fruit smoothies every morning and sometimes all day. Hasn't failed in months.Be sure to wash drinking top well. Deep into nook, crannies and under seals.

This product is so much better than the Bullet I had. It is efficient, quiet, easy to use, and does not leak like the Bullet. It’s smaller, so I have decreased the amount of liquid in my morning smoothies, and simply add additional almond milk to the large cup I use as needed.

Nice size, blends pretty good, but the cup doesn't seal that well when turning it towards your mouth to drink. A little leakage, but nothing serious. I think it's still a great deal.

Simply does the job but noisily.
