Gibsons Steakhouse Seasoning Salt

Glad it's available on amazon now. Ever since my first visit to Gibson's steakhouse over 9 years ago (I originally only went on a lark since that's my last name), I've been keeping a stock of the seasonings at home for use when grilling or sauteeing veggies, cooking steak (including with a sous vide, though you need to use a little more seasonings in a sous vide), grilled or baked salmon, baby back ribs, and even just hamburgers. You know that commercial for some hot sauce where a grandma says "I put that sh** on everything"? That's me with Gibson's seasoning salt.

I just love this seasoning. I first tasted it at the Boathouse restaurant at Disney Land. I ordered a veggie pasta dish and it had exceptional taste. I asked the waitress what was in it that made it taste so good. She pointed to a bottle of Gibsons Steakhouse Seasoning Salt on the table. She said, "It's this. We use it in everything." Fortunately, I was able to purchase one in their gift shop. Since then, I have ordered on Amazon many times. I use it on so many things. it's awesome on grilled steak, pork chops, burgers (makes them taste like a steak), salads, fish, veggies, and so much more. I highly, highly recommend this product.

I use this seasoning on just about everything I make. Read the other reviews! It is all that they boast and then some. Well worth the money. A little goes a long way. When the weather has been too rainy for grilling out (and it takes nasty weather to get me to cook a good steak, chicken, chops or some fresh caught salmon indoors)....this seasoning somehow gives said items a flavor that almost gives the meat an outdoor grilled flavor. We have tried so many, many seasonings and I can say Gibson's Steak Seasoning is the best so far. Wish I had all the money we have spent on others over the years. They use this on their steaks in the restaurant. Just have a filet mignon and you will be sold. We only buy Gibson's. I used to travel to their restaurant to purchase it but now it's on Amazon which makes it even better.

In a previous life, I traveled and coordinated details with and for my execs. My job was to find the Best Steahhouses for them. The ones I enjoyed, I would purchase their seasoning for personal use at home - the Gibson's was by far THE BEST I found in the country. I have given many jars a way as stocking stuffers and receipientes also said the best they've had.

This seasoning salt is delicious and addictive! I have not found one better. I have given it as Christmas gifts to rave reviews. I put it on meat, fish, and vegetables. While I hate adding sodium to my food, the seasoning is so awesome, I can’t quit it.

I happened to be staying at the Doubletree near the airport where the Gibson's Steakhouse is located. I had a phenomenal NY Strip and was offered a chance to purchase the in house made seasoning. It's been two years's since and I have now purchased this bottle a half dozen times, never gets old. Goes best on roasts in my opinion.
