My family has used their products since 1980. My medical doctors know which minerals, herbs, vitamins I use and approve. Only caveat is I was told not to switch brands, as my doctors read and agreed to the specific supplements. Now my immunologist is taking Quercetin, too! Some parts of the world have used the components for thousands of years. If you aren’t familiar with the ingredients, they are well-studied and if you have life-threatening (or just annoying) allergies, you should consider reading some of the research done on nettle, quercetin, orange bitter and/or bromelain. I take many different things for histamine. This worked to help keep the stuffy head / runny nose away in the morning. It did not cause any stomach problems.
