This shoulder ice pack is by far the most comfortable and long-lasting ice pack I have ever used. The cubed structure is so flexible that it allows the wrap to maintain excellent contact around your shoulder and upper arm, evenly cooling inflammation and reducing pain. The ice pack also provides about two hours of cooling. I have three of these ice packs, and if I change them out every two hours, I can have cooling relief on my shoulder all night. This is fantastic if you are dealing with shoulder inflammation or are post-rotator cuff surgery. The wrap is easy to slide into once the Velcro straps are set, and it is just as easy to slide back out of. The wrap comes with a reusable freezer bag to help prevent the material from absorbing any smells from the freezer. Overall, this is the most impressive ice pack for shoulders I have ever used, and after three rotator-cuff surgeries, I have used quite a few.

I love it! This ice pack is easy to use and stays cold for a long time. I really don't like to move around when I'm using it. I prefer to just lie down for 20 minutes, that works best for me. It help me to relieve the pain caused by the tendinitis..

After having several shoulder surgeries, and countless post-op PT sessions, this is another great tool to help with the recovery. If I head home, immediately after PT, I can ice my shoulder down with a “beer jockey” style machine, but that requires power for the circulation pump. This ice pack will allow me the flexibility to be out and about after PT and can run errands. I like that there are mini ice packs so it’s flexible immediately after taking it out of the freezer, it also means that you do NOT need to arrange things in the freezer so it lays flat. The material is fairly stretchy, and the wide Velcro straps are long enough to fit a wide range of bodies, and not too skinny that it will cut into you. This is my new recovery tool at a very, very affordable price. I would buy this again, and I would highly recommend it to others (which I already have).

I love this ice pack and would highly recommend it to anyone with shoulder issues or upcoming surgery. I bought two of them for post-surgery cold therapy, so I could rotate them and give them plenty of time to get cold. Before my surgery I bought three different shoulder ice packs, and this is the one that I chose to keep. The two others were both gel packs. One had fabric that came down on the chest and scapula, but no distribution of gel there - so no cooling. The other one did have gel down on the chest and scapula area, but when frozen it was too stiff and intractable to mold to the shoulder. Both of the gel ones were heavy and might have caused more pain with that weight on the post-operative shoulder. This one molds to the shoulder and is light enough to be comfortable. I even wore it to the gym the first two weeks after surgery, as I was allowed to do light cardio, but was cautioned not to sweat too much on the stitches. It kept my shoulder cool and comfortable. The Velcro straps hold it in place and are easy to attach even with one hand - I don't put the bottom strap through the ladder lock, but attach the Velcro to my arm sling making it much easier to get off and on. The straps are long enough for a heavy-set person, but easy to fold back on themselves to shorten. I think that they were well worth the money and considerably less expensive than the ice machine the doctor recommended. There were two small issues that I took care of "after market". They had a smell - like old stinky cheese; so, I gently washed them in the sink with dish soap and that got rid of it. Gravity makes the cubes slide down their rows eventually making clumps of cubes (you can see that in pictures 1 & 2); so, I hand sewed the rows horizontally to stop the cubes moving (you can see that in pictures 3 & 4). I just wish I had thought of that before my shoulder surgery when I had two good arms and hands.

Good Product, not exactly what I thought it would be like, but it works. I was anticipating from other reviews more of a jelly cube consistency- but they are more hard plastic cubes. They do mold around you bodies curves and lay nicely. They do not get super cold which is good, I've used some ice packs that get so cold I cannot keep them on for long. This is more of a slow and stready type ice which for a shoulder injury is better in my opinion.

This is a great product perfect for my frequent shoulder pain. It remains in place and stays cold for a long time and really helps my pain as my shoulder is steadily healing. This specific ice pack has contributed to that process. I commend it to anyone with shoulder pain where an ice pack is needed.

This shoulder ice pack fits well, molds to your shoulder, is easy to put on and take off. If you do 15 minute application to your shoulder, put it back in the freezer between uses. You should be able to use it through the day. If you need it very cold each time, you might buy 2 to alternate between each use. People mention that the velcro arm band doesn't attach correctly. Either re-sew the velcro patch the other way or use the velcro to lock in the strap where it comes through the plastic rectangle. See photos. Unlike the advertising, don't wear the freezing pack directly on your skin. Have a layer of clothes between your skin and the wrap. It's effective, lets you do other things while you wear it, is a comfortable weight and covers your shoulder well.

This product really works. Gets super cold in fridge and lasts a long time for help on shoulder. It's working great for me.
