I've read so many good and bad reviews on this case and others. I have several different brands of waterproof cases like this for my galaxy s9 , such as the Eonfine, Redpepper, Shellbox . This one is better by far. So many of the complaints I see are about the sound quality and smudging on the screen. News flash! All screen protectors smudge. All waterproof cases don't have as good of sound quality. I've even purchased a lifeproof case and it's one of the worse cases I've ever owned. The phone fits very well in this case. Buttons are a little stiff as like most waterproof cases. No noticable gap between the screen protector and screen like with the lifeproof and Eonfine. This case is soft to the touch and has plenty of grip. Not slick like some of the redpepper cases with hard backs. I no longer have the lifeproof case. Of the other 3 I still have I like the shellbox. However this one is better.

Bought this to take with me to Florida and after arriving at the beach I got probably 10 minutes of use out it. It started to heat up my phone and cause my camera to shut down. Phones calls are very difficult as you have troube hearing the person on the other line unless you are on speaker and the caller hears echoing of their own voice the whole call. I was not very satisifed with this product.

 I took it to swimming pool, no any leak, works and fit my S9 very well.

Fit the phone and prevented damage as stated, just a little thicker than I had thought

Used this when we went snorkeling in Hawaii. Worked perfect and kept my phone safe.

The case looks great but people are unable to hear you during phone calls. I'm pretty disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money.

Does not keep water out. Was a waste of money for me.
