But I needed something distracting, taste good, sweet, not too spicy, & very flavorful for sugar free gum. & for times I need a distraction & it’s very soothing & calming. I keep packs everywhere in the house. In my purse, bathroom, by my bed, in the car, but not during Summer. Definitely a great gum, if you love Cinnamon.
