It needs a sims card to do anything.
I disliked the fact that I need a sims card to work anything, like messages, contacts, music and more. The app does not work like it should, it says to us a pc and when I did it didn't connect. The camera is in the wrong spot to use. It is only useable for businesses. I was planning on using it for personal use. Amazing price but not for the quality of this item. I will not be getting this product again. Very upset on what I got.

This phone is terrible I got it at 11 am and returning it now its 11:45
I couldnt get it to work I called Amazon they didnt know anything the instructions where so small it was terrible
