When I first received this and started using it, I loved it! I put it on my nightstand so I could easily see my phone if it went off at night, and it was easy to tap the snooze button several times each morning. However, I purchase it on August 17, 2018, and as of November 11, 2018 it no longer works. No warning, no nothing. I put my phone on it to charge and nothing happened. I unplugged every connection, checked the cord, changed outlets, everything I could think of that might cause a problem, but to no avail. It simply died. For this reason I give it the lowest rating possible, as I would expect a product like this to last a minimum of 1 year, but it didn't even make it 3 months. If you are looking to but this, I suggest you keep looking. Not sure what I will try next, but I won't be wasting my money on this one again.

This charger is worthless!!! I bought it to keep at my desk at work. I have placed my phone on it in the morning, picked it up at lunch and it has actually lost charge while sitting on it. Do not waste your money!
