I have two. One is still going strong and I love it. I loved the other one, too, but for some reason it fell into the sink and now it won't work. It feels like there is soap all over--I tried to get rid of it - but it is ruined. So I gave this 4 stars because it doesn't seem that the short fall should not have caused it to stop working.

Loved this item, bought two. However, after a year or so, it just stops working. First one, then the second one. I've tried new batteries, cleaning out the soap holder, thinning with water. I get the light to come on, so batteries work, but it doesn't dispense.

This soap dispenser is absolute junk. You have to wave you hand in front of it multiple times before it dispenses any soap, and at times will just go off on its own and waste a ton of soap! So disappointed!!

Waste of money! I liked this dispenser however ive had this for less then a year and the soap started to leak into the battery slot and I email the company to prosses a Warrenty claim but no response. Very disappointed in this product n company.

Stopped working after 2 months of use even after adding new batteries.

Works well so far. Only have been using it now for one week. Have had it for a few weeks now. Works well.

Soap built up inside after a month, therefore thrown in the garbage after a month

Worked for about two weeks and then stopped working. I changed the batteries, cleaned it every way I could think of and could not get it to work again. Great concept but the execution, for me, is lacking. Disappointing.
