This product works wonders, but it is too strong. It could take the skin off of an elephant's feet. You really need to be careful if you use this stuff.

I bought this product hoping that I could discontinue my regular trips to the spa for pedicures. It works quit well, actually, but definitely takes more than 15 minutes. It's clearly a strong product, so rubber or plastic gloves are required. I didn't use them, and my fingers were in kind of rough shape. Each of the ten packets in the kit contains two pads. To be clear, you will likely need two pads per foot (one for the heel and one for the ball), so the kit will do five treatments. The pads are thin and somewhat difficult to handle, so be prepared for that. Also, the directions call for wrapping your feet in plastic wrap after applying the pads. Plastic grocery bags work well too and are easier to get on and off. The file that comes with the kit is really great! This is a good thing, because you should be prepared to spend some time filing after.

make sure to wear gloves. product is good used it for over month and I do see difference and softness on my heels of my feet
