I was disappointed with the size (smaller than I thought) - It is rather cute and ideal for one person. The steamer part made of plastic (cheap looking) and there is no note in the literature that came with it if it is safe for cooking. Does anyone know? The steel inner lining is rather nice - I have tried boiling water and eggs as well and it did well tho not as fast as the proctosilex hot pot that I bought a few years back and is also bigger. I just wish that the steam basket (actually not a basket just a flat plastic round piece that has indentations for eggs (4)) but I am afraid to use it because it looks cheap and flimsy (it looks like it would melt when exposed to heat.) . It came in a box that had no cushioning - It was just wrapped tightly in one layer of thin plastic. I am surprised it came intact. I am used to receiving appliances in a protectective styrofoam. This did not have anything to protect it from banging on the sides of the box. There was air inflated plastic loosely around the outer box but not inside the box where the pot was. I cannot believe how cheap the manufacturer is. I will try to use it everyday just in case it breaks and I have to return it.

I very like it’s size, small and light weight, good for my one person hotpot style, and also it had a low and high heat option for me to slow to eat or want to boiled fast, quick boiled water. But only thing is not easy to clean, because inside can’t move out to clean, so I need to use plastic wrap to wrap outside to clean inside, I worry about water will be damage the bottom. Still nice for hotpot or just want to cook instead noodle.

It is smaller than I expected, but the perfect size to cook for 1-2 people. There are 2 settings - boil and roaring boil. It takes water about 2mins to begin to boil, and 5mins to get to a roaring boil. Item is light weight and small enough to travel with. Overall I am satisfied, but I would have paid $5-10 more to have a couple more features. Would have liked if the stainless steel bowl was able to be removed from the unit for easier cleaning.

Arrived on time and as expected. No complaints.

I use this to cook some dumplings at work. Very convenient solution for lunch. The only down side is that it is not very big. The water will spill out if not careful enough. Doesn’t bother me too much for this price.

nothing to complain about, works well and easy to clean. heats water exceptionally quickly. i use this for a personal hot pot and will bring it with me on trips when i need a to cook ramen, soup, etc. great buy!

You can just boil water, or cook some food.It was a life saver for us when we were travelling with a picky eating toddler.

Wish I would've read more before buying.
