I ordered this kit to test my hair specifically for prescription drugs because I suspected a man drugged me during a date. My test came back negative for everything which would have been good news... except for the fact that I consume marijuana recreationally (it's legal where I live) and the test said I was negative for marijuana. I smoke every day, so clearly either the results are false or the threshold they are testing for is wildly low. I contacted customer service and never received a response. So if you are trying to determine if your child or employee takes drugs, keep in mind my results. Take my advice and purchase a different kit.

Mailed in over three weeks ago still says pending total fraud do not by contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud to get my money back

The kit was excellent and easy to use but my results were not posted properly and i did not receive them for over ten days and i received no break down of what was in the system.
