It worked fine, I suppose, but it was rather cumbersome to get the laptop version of the app to work. It did not want to work off line and every single time I connected to the Internet, it wanted to update and install..... I did not want that app on my phone, so I deleted all of it and got this little Nelko. I primarily use it to label my freeze dried food and stuff.... Love this machine. Once the program is installed, it's quite happy with not being online. You can save created labels, easily change the font sizes or modify the layout of the labels.
