When I first relieved the product, a component, y splitter, pictured as included, did not arrive in the package. After my initial review I was contacted by the seller, they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, as I had bought the splitter elsewhere. The resolution was timely, and I appreciate the gesture.After using the product, I have to say I enjoy having it. It's fairly comfortable, and the sound quality of both the mic and headphones are great. I would recommend for those in the market for cheap gaming headsets.

Got them for my son for Christmas, only thing he didn't like is there is two separate cords, one for sound in and one for mic, you can use both at the same time

Got this headset to play drums on rockband. The volume was too low, even at max setting. I wanted sound cancelling to help muffle the sound of the drums outside the game, but it did not help

My son got these headphones for Christmas. Worked fine for 5 days. Now all he hears in them is static. Now I missed the return window to send back. Shoulda known for the price...
