Good flavor. A decent substitution for the lemon flavor, but not the same. I miss the lemon flavor GuruNanda.

1. This product contains ingredients that are not healthy. Maltodextrin should not be in anything claiming to be health conscious. Maltodextrin is a highly processed carbohydrate. 2. Why are the ingredients halved in the (8oz water) zero sugar packets compared the the full (16oz water) sugar packets?

These work well and I use them for pre and post workout. I am not a huge fan of the flavor, but it gets the job done when you need electrolytes. I tried mixing this into icewater, and that was a mistake that caused the powered to clump and refuse to dissovle. I recommend mixing into a large glass of room temp water, and once its mixed, THEN add in some ice. thats the reason I am docking a star - most of my purified water at home is already chilled making this a bit of a chore to work with, but, its not bad, and the fact that there are so few calories helps those that are counting them.

Hard to dissolve in water - nothing like their Lemon Lime flavor at all. Very tart & takes awhile to dissolve in the water even if you shake it really hard
