Works good for cutting Styrofoam.

I bought the wire to replace a broken element in a melting furnace. has lasted, touch wood, much better than the wire it replaced. I made my coil from the wire which I wound myself, thank you U-tube, and so far so good.

It works wonderfully and the resistance is SPOT ON!

Used to make coils for an electric heat treating kiln. I made two coils for a total of 3150w at 240v. The wire was consistent and the final coils matched up almost exactly with my calculations. (coil diameter of 0.33 inches on a 3.65 foot tight wound coil stretched to 7.31 feet). The expected resistance matched up great! I ended up being very close to my predicted length.

With every heat treat oven company shut down i could not find coils for my oven. This works great to make your own, and its a lot cheaper.

I needed it right away and it arrived one day early without paying anything extra. I repaired to heating coils of a 1949 pottery kiln and it is working like the day it was new! Thank you so very much. If I ever have a need for other products you carry, I can bet I will be buying from you!

Probably would work great for your application, but be careful to match the gauge to the application.I didn't, made an 'uneducated' guess...fortunately, not an expensive error on my part.
