Esta pasta de anchoas está elaborada con ingredientes de muy buena calidad; la anchoa que utilizan esta limpia de espinas, lo que hace tener una pasta que se puede añadir a una diversidad de comidas.Por ejemplo, en un filete de res, en una salsa de tomate para pasta, en aderezo para una ensalada, junto con el aceite de oliva, etc.

Surprisingly Great Find
Never thought I’d be buying anchovy paste on Amazon, but my local grocery store was out; and I’m so glad I did. The Cento brand is always reliable, and this paste is no exception. It’s smooth, rich, and packed with that deep umami flavor that adds a perfect punch to my homemade dressings. Great quality, authentic taste, and it arrived quickly and well-packaged. Definitely a pantry staple from now on!

Tasty but not overpowering
Really nice to add to pasta sauce or salad dressing, especially for pasta puttanesco. I'm not a big fan of anchovies, but I do like to use a touch of the paste, which adds some of the flavor without being overpowering. It stores really well in the fridge. Very convenient in its small tube, which doesn't leak. Lasts quite a long time in the fridge.
