The product is as advertised. The lid screws on and seals shut. Having the cord/carabiner is handy to be able to latch it onto my backpack. I use a mod that takes 3 batteries, so I would have to bring 3 batteries in 2 of those casesthat only holds 2 batteries. Sometimes if I am going out they would be in my pocket, taking up room and weighing me down. Now that I bought new batteries, I have 3 in the mod, and can hold 6 in this. I haven't tested if it is waterproof but I have no doubt that it is, seems to be a solid seal. The only con is you should really fill it up to capaicty else the battery could slide out of its spot and take another. I have OCD about keeping batteries together (so if I buy 6 batteries, and my mod uses 3, I separate them and those 3 are always together, get charged together, etc.), so I need to add a 7th battery in the middle spot just to prevent them from losing position.

The batteries in the case are a bit loose and shake around. Had no issues taking the case full of batteries through TSA in my carry on baggage. I have not tested for water proof or dirt proof. Definitely would purchase again and recommend it.

Nice little container! Comfortably holds 7 of the 18650 batteries in a totally watertight container. Comes with a carrying strap & carabiner. I would get this again as a gift for someone who needs one.

I ordered three of these and they are fantastic. Great addition to my camping kit. Nice rubber seal that keeps the water and dust out. All 18650 variants fit (button top, flat top, protected, etc). Highly recommended.

Good battery holder. Holds seven cells as advertised. Build quality is good, the threads are smooth and it appears like it will seal well. It some with a lanyard and small caribiner. The batteries are a little loose in the case so they rattle but it’s jt such a big deal.
