The 24oz weight feels well-balanced, and the rubber head is solid and doesn't leave marks on surfaces. The wooden handle is sturdy, but I find the grip slightly tiring to hold for extended periods compared to mallets with ergonomic handles. In terms of quality for the price, it's pretty spot on. I've included photos showing what it looks like after I've used it, and as you can see, it holds up reasonably well.
