I am happy to say I did get a good price on a working system that basically came with everything: Console, power brick, and one controller. No A/V cable, but I already had an hdmi cord ready to use. So for now I'm hoping I can maybe get a year out of it and figure by then I got my money's worth. I learned my lesson and picked up a couple of USB fans to keep the area cool in hopes of warding off the dreaded red ring again. But to get basically everything that was supposed to come with the Xbox and have it work after I installed it, is a plus. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts.
