Well made, well packaged. This device allows and isolates movement in a way no other piece of equipment I know does. If you feel steady enough stepping on and off, this may be a good way to strengthen inner thigh muscles (what my PT found quite week in my otherwise strong legs). So far, so good.

It was mostly already assembled when it arrived. It was missing a screw, but I had one that fit...just had to color it black to match. That handle bar could be a little tighter and sturdier, but it's not a big deal. It's a lot harder than it looks, and I could feel my neglected muscles were a little sore the next day. It pleased me knowing that it was doing its job. Unfortunately, I got over zealous doing it 2-3 times each day and pulled a muscle in my inner thigh. I'm impatiently waiting for it to heal before I resume, and I plan to go a bit easier so as not to injure it again.Update: I found the original screw lying loose and unwrapped at the bottom of the box, which verified my impression that this unit was previously returned due to the way it was wrapped and the scratch on the T-bar where the adjustable height notches are located. I camouflaged the scratch with a blue pen.

The product is what it says it is. Pretty sturdy, but, definitely puts a strain on my knees. So it's fine, I use it with caution & it's easy enough to do 60 reps a day. I don't care for the handles, but that's just me.

First of all, I have read many many 5-star reviews and I concur!! About the bad reviews? I don't understand them at all. I cannot imagine how one could 'fall off' of this machine??? And then some say they cannot make the foot pieces move back and forth?? All I can say is those people must be way WAY out of shape! I am not what you would call an exerciser on a regular basis but this machine is EASY. Don't get me wrong...The first time I did 21 movements and then had to get off. The second time on I did 50. I felt my heartrate go up even with those few reps but I am planning to leave this up in my Family Room all the time and just get on as many times a day as I can think about it. BTW: I just turned 67 and am 5' 1" tall. My thighs definitely feel it but I love it!! I have several 'coat racks' LOL around my house, but this one will never become one! What is even better, is that I bought this off of Amazon, used but like new condition and paid $40 LESS than for a new one. This one probably came from one of those who kept falling off!! :)

I chose this listing because it included the upper body bar. I wish I hadn't. I recieved an obviously used item. It's badly scratched and dinged but far worse it's missing parts. I can't use a machine that came without all the pieces that make it function. Not sure what to do now. It's a lot of money to throw away.

Difficult to use. Looks easy but not. Bulky, takes up too much space. Handles aren’t very sturdy, not easy to use while operating pedals.

I've been using this product once a day for the last 100 days. At first I could only do 20 repetitions. Now I can do 90 and I'm beginning to see results on my inner thighs. Nothing too dramatic yet, but a definite difference, so I'm motivated to keep going.

Shipping was faster than anticipated. The description stated used like new, more like new. I am pleasantly surprised at the condition for the price I paid. It was partially assembled, only had to assemble the bars. I just received it and it appears like new condition so far so good.I also need to mention I deal with RA so that means walking is a challenge from time to time depending on the type of day I'm having. My Aunt purchased this from the Q, so every time I came to visit her I'd use it for a few seconds, because it's a challenge at first so I could only do a few seconds (10 reps) my knees and overall my legs felt better, so that's what prompted me to purchase, not only to strengthen my knees and legs but to strengthen the pelvic floor.
