Ive been golfing seriously for a little over a year now. One of my biggest struggles is creating consistent contact with my clubs and most importantly....staying on plane with a good inside-out swing path. Ive managed to break the 90 mark but the consistency of my swing makes it difficult to stay under 90 on a regular basis. I saw a video on the Pure Strike swing trainer and decided to try it. I will tell you that this thing is worth every single penny. Im not one for gimmicks but this thing really works if you use it properly. Its the only training aid Ive tried so far that you can see measurable differences nearly immediately without even striking a ball. Start off on some grass without any pilons and practice just sweeping the ground without hitting the board, typically with half swings first. Add the pilons, keep them wide and you will quickly see what things you maybe doing wrong (for me coming over the top was a big issue). Once you find that path and swing through it immediately feels like youve made a great swing. I was able to identify major problems and begin to fix them and I saw the difference immediately.Interestingly, mine broke at the back with one of my swings. I was sort of bummed about it. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement and were very helpful/understanding about the situation. And super pleasant to deal with!Listen, this thing is not magic by any means. You arent gonna use this and all of the sudden become a phenomenal golfer over night. If any such product existed, believe me we would all know about it! But....this product does help you maximize effective and meaningful practice sessions which help to reinforce good habits. Remember, practice makes permanent (in the words of Dave Pelz). You want to practice good habits and this product will give you the best chance of that! Highly recommend it!

I was initially hesitant to buy this cause I have my share of training aids that I don't use any more. Also thought the cost was a little high for some polycarbonate and foam. I have just got an indoor net and mat (don't have a launch monitor wish list) and needed some instant feedback. Have used for a few days initial thoughts:1. good quality (although I still think considering the materials, cost is a bit high but hey people got to make a living too and no way I have the time to build my own contraption...would end up costing me a lot more...)2. I have a tendency to down swing over the top and this gives me instant feedback when I hit the back top posts3. I have a tendency to take an inside path on my take away and the bottom post give me instant feedback4. The red posts are pretty honkin big and still trying to get use to hitting through all the visuals but I'm getting better and not hitting posts and making solid contact after a session.5. Not sure I would take to the range as it is honkin and I'm lazy but that's me...Sorry only gave it 4 stars as I still think it's a little pricey but I like the product. also I have only used it for a couple of days but wanted to give feedback cause training aids are one thing I always rely on honest user feedback. This also has a 90 day money back and the other products on Amazon didn't so that was another big plus

I bought this after successfully improving my putting using their putting mirror. It seems very logical that this would work; however, it's very difficult to hit the ball for two reasons. First, when you take the club back unless you are perfect it moves the device. Then, when you swing forward it's very difficult to hit the ball without hitting the bottom (not the red arms). I wanted this to work because of my success with the putting mirror.

This is perfect for practicing at home without balls making sure swing stays on the right plane. Adjustable and sturdy. Recommended by my golf instructor.

I used the product - fairly easy to set up. I took it to the driving range and after 1 session both of the tethering straps for the front of the unit snapped and are no longer able to clip onto the unit. This was disappointing because it occurred on my first practice session with the Pure Strike.I did like the product as it indicated the flaws in my swing path but I'm kind of bummed how quickly the straps broke.I'd appreciate it if new ones were sent to me as two of the four are now useless.

I've been embarrassing myself while golfing with my buddies lately so I'm excited to try this swing trainer out. It seems to be very durable, comes with a couple extra rods, and a cool carrying bag to take it to the driving range.
