Best game ever
I ordered this game back in 2012 and still play it, by far one of my favorite games and the best Jurassic Park game ever made. Far better than the Jurassic World games currently being released.

Disappointing
It came with a tear on the front of the case and writing on the inner cover and on the disk. Unfortunately I can't return it as I can't print a return label.

My kid loves it!
My kid loves this game. There is a lot of reading of emails and reports that need to be done, so this isn't really an action game. It's more of a SIM world type game with lots of park management, zoo keeping, animal care, setting up park concessions, etc. There are some action modes you can go into.

A "Theme Park" with a difference
Operation Genesis is the Jurassic Park game that should haveappeared years ago, considering the popularity of Theme Park-esque games. There's little in the world of gaming that cancompare to breeding your very own herd of Triceratops beforedropping your first 40-foot long Tyrannosaurus slap bang in themiddle of their pen.Of course, breeding the animals isn't even half the battle. Yougotta keep everything running smoothly, ensure the guests arehappy to get the money rolling in. And in the tradition of thesesimulation games, there's always a few geological disasterschucked into the mix in order to make your life increasinglydifficult. Tornados, heat waves and violent storms all crop upevery so often, causing your dinosaurs, your guests and indeedyourself a great deal of stress. The icing on the prehistoric(thus well past its' sell-by-date) cake is the fact that thegame looks and sounds excellent.Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis is an astounding experience. The wealth of dinosaurs, extra missions and seemingly endless ofhours of gameplay make this a worthwhile purchase. If you'reinto this kind of thing, this game is definately a must.
