que Bottle | Designed for Travel and Outdoor. Collapsible Water Bottle - Food-Grade Silicone/BPA Free/Lightweight/Eco-Friendly - 12oz

I have not seen anything on the manual that says how often the bottle needs to be cleaned. But I rinse it each time before use. However, when I recently picked it up to wash/clean for use, I noticed that the inner walls have gotten extremely dirty (See picture). I have been using my Que bottle only to contain drinking water (room temperature).I am not sure if I got a fake product, but I am extremely disappointed with the piece I have gotten.I would not recommend anyone to trust this product.And why isn't there a no-star option to rate a product on Amazon!?

Because we travel a lot and because we take daily walks, this bottle appeared to fit our needs. We purchased two....the green and the purple. Since we went on a lengthy trip, we packed it to carry with us. We would fill it and then place it into a plastic quart bag. These leak. Every day there would be water in the plastic bag. Although attractive and compact, do not waste your money.

Great idea - but the folds ended up ripping and the folds were inclined to collecting/growing mold in those cracks. We had to use a baby bottle cleaner to try and get in those crevices

I liked how it collapsed but downside to this is when there is water in it would be unbalanced and fall over. With cold water the condensation would drip down the bottle and make a mess.

 I had big expectations about this product. And the first time that i used it, from nowhere it had a hole. I was traveling so i needed to trash it out. I'm so dissapointed. I wouldn't recommend this.

Loved that it was a small collapsible bottle, able to fit into my big bag with no problem. I thought that because of the material it would be easier to clean than a regular plastic water bottle. Unfortunately after only a month of using it the smell from the bottle became unbearable after cleaning it multiple times following the instructions. The metal cap also created a black ring around the lid which was unpleasant. I wanted this water bottle to work out but unfortunately I will have to contact customer support. :(

This bottle was perfect for the frequent traveler. It fits nicely in a side pouch of my travel bag. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks of use, it failed as shown in the attach picture. I requested a replacement or a refund, but have yet to receive a response. I will provide an update when or if I do.Update: Que provided a refund or my original purchase. I rolled the dice and ordered a replacement and have had no issues.

I’ve tried washing it a bunch of times and always get a bad tasting water, have no more ideas on why to do to make the taste to go away, don’t recommend
