It was sitting at the bottom of the tank the night before and then the next day it was floating around lifeless. Generally, any time I walk up to the tank it feverishly swims to me super excited. I also noticed it hadn’t eaten its food the night before. Once we took him out the tank, he started moving and I noticed his eyes were swollen shut. We immediately went into research mode and started a warm carrot bath. The next day, they were still shut so we moved to Plan B. Day 3 of no eating and eyes shut, we started the drops, Day 4- (day 2 of drops) and he opened his eyes slightly and started eating again- but his eyes still looked bad; Day 5- (day 3 of drops) and his eyes are back to normal and his activity level is back to normal! He’s running up to meet me at the glass.
