First of all the product doesn’t work (unless you want something to lift up your chin which you can pretty much do on your own for free). I had to pay for shipping to send it back. After multiple inquiries the seller told me the product was damaged and would only refund me 30% of my purchase price. When I asked they show evidence of damage (I sent it back double boxed, in perfect condition), the seller sent me a picture of an empty box with the corners pressed in—nothing to show my shipping label and zero evidence this was even my box. I had to file a claim with Amazon.
