Stainless Steel Pho, Dumpling, Udon, or Pasta Strainer

It was larger than what I really wanted. I had seen a strainer on a tv program Lydia's kitchen and the strainer was smaller and looked like it was easier to use.

I thought the strainer seemed very clever and useful. The wife said she didn't think we would ever use it. Tonight she used it to blanch peaches for freezing and we haven't had it but a few days........
