Before I start, I have to point out that I have been ordering tons of items on Amazon for many years now and have always posted Positive reviews, because I have never been Disappointed with an order, until right now! But this has to be brought to the sellers attention and corrected immediately!1... The end of the Shears are Absolutely Disgusting and I have no clue what kind of crap is on the end of them. This is Unacceptable and Completely Unsanitary!!! These should've come sealed and sanitized and were definitely not. They were used. Also, the pink ring is Clearly damaged. See the picture.2... The Thinning Shears are not sharpened.. which makes it impossible to open and close them properly. Actually trying to cut hair with these would be impossible. (You can see the worn-ness on the blade in the pic) they are also Dirty and the pink ring is also Damaged on these also. See the picture.3... Both of the plastic packages both Scissors came in, are both torn open at the tips. See the picture.4... The Brush has more nasty stuff and small hairs stuck on it. See the picture.5... The small brown suede cloth, has dust and pieces of what looks like blonde hairs on it. See the picture.6... the Black Combe seemed to look clean and decent so I tried to use it on my Son's hair, and it snapped in half. See the picture.7... Also the Pink Leveler that came with everyone else's kits, who wrote reviews for this kit.. was not in my kit. There was not one at all.8... Last... The Black Case has creases inside the binding and parts look worn off inside, as if it has been used opened and closed, several times. See the picture.I would like the Seller to contact me to send me a Refund or Another Brand New Kit at No Additional Cost... Immediately.10/2020 UPDATE!!!-- The seller finally contacted me via email over a month later after I posted my review, and said they could only give me back a credit, not refund my credit card, and ONLY if I took down my review First, then 5 days after I took it down then would I receive my credit. I proceeded to tell them Definitely Not, that they can send me Money back now or a New Un-used Kit, and once they do that and I receive it, I will gladly take down my review. Otherwise it will stay up. They then told me that they could Not send another kit, and are able to give me more money back for my credit, but Only able to give me a portion of the credit now and then the rest 5 days after I took down my review. I then Refused, and said Not until they gave me my money Back first. It was like being in a Confrontation with a child. After that, I waited to get my credit, and still have not received it. Last I spoke to them, it was May-June, it is now October 2020. I purchased this Used Kit back in April 2020.Save your time and Money. This company is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will be contacting Amazon directly about that company, hopefully they can get my money back from them. Fingers crossed.

This is a perfect set for a home haircut. The scissors are not the top of the line, but for all you get for the money, they are absolutely serviceable. I used this kit just this morning, and it worked just fine. If you are looking for professional-grade shears, you will have to pay A LOT more money. If you just need something better than your home scissors or drug-store shears, this is a great buy.

Disappointed with this purchase. Only one item in this package was worth keeping but could have purchased that pair of scissors at another store for a dollar or two. The materials are made very cheaply and when attempting to use them the hair clip broke on the 1st use. I would not recommend this purchase if you believe in purchasing quality product. Dollar store item.

They cut really well but I had some problems with them the first one was them rusting very fast keep in mind Im in cosmetology school so i keep them clean and take care of them and then second was them loosening up while I’m in the middle of a haircut I had to continuously readjust them mid haircut every 10 minutes just not a good product in my opinion look elsewhere

Great kit; really good quality shears and the extras were a fantastic bonus! Loved the thinning razor and comb. Not sure how the bang/fringe measure would really work, but it was included in the kit. A great set and perfect for home use or travel kit for hairdressers.

The scissors and most of the items included are great! Love the case! I would have given 5 stars except the razor comb doesn’t work at all! It just pulls hair.

Just recieved this set in the mail. I really like it. The only problem is the case not having a area for each item. There is a spot for the shears, thinning shears, and comb. It's a very nice quality set.
