If you played with a joy stick in computer games you know how important hand and eye coordination is! Same for this product. This isn't a medium complexity device. To ACTUALLY remove the ear wax means have that level of hand and eye to use the tools successfully. It became frustrating for me very quickly! The camera and light is EXCELLENT. The tools are very good. Save perhaps the dome looking ones. Those blocked my view and I did not need or want to have the ear wax pushed further towards my ear drum. They were have the repeating attempts. I did not realize I was rubbing my ear canal raw! It is now so bad, I had to get antibiotics. The doctor took a look, flushed it (left ear was seriously blocked and hearing muffled badly) that the flushing caused me PAIN. They looked deeply after the flushing and said it could become infected. Everything, otherwise, as stated is correct. The omission of requried skill, well they would lose sales then now wouldn't they? At least, this is how my use went. Quality, very good. Tools very good. Easy to use. Not so much. Trust someone else to use it on me? Are you insane!!! Never.

This upgraded version has a better camera, is flexible for curves, great case and better battery. I highly recommend spending the extra money for this one. Very helpful for monitoring things like ear health. Pitchures can be downloaded to show your doctor. My only complaint is the silicone covering on the metal doesn’t hold up very long.

Great product! Definitely take your time when using it for the first time, but it becomes second nature pretty quick! The app works well and connects quickly. For anyone struggling with the tweezer attachment, make sure to slide the larger main piece down fully BEFORE screwing in the tweezers! If it’s not all the way down, it won’t work correctly. Also avoid putting on the tweezer handle if the depth limiter is attached, it can get stuck inside the tweezer handle pretty easily, so remove it first!

Easy to pair with my phone. Very clear view of my inner ear. The only hiccup is that the video is a mirror view so moving the instrument is the opposite of your instincts. It takes some practice to use it effectively. But ultimately I was able to clear a very uncomfortable blockage.

Very happy with this product works as described. good quality picture. the only thing that is a little annoying is every time you turn it off, when you turn it back on you have to go through the pairing process each time. It is not a hard process but just takes an extra minute.
