Initially, when I connected the device via Bluetooth, I experienced several glitches. Although the app showed that the device was connected, changing the settings through the app had no effect. I had to disconnect and reconnect multiple times. On one occasion, I selected the orange light mode, but when the device touched my skin, it unexpectedly turned blue. I also noticed issues while using the device. Even when all six contact points were touching my skin, the device often did not function as expected. The heating sensation was either extremely weak or completely absent, despite ensuring proper contact and applying slight pressure. After multiple attempts, I observed that the light should blink when all six points are correctly touching the skin. However, this feature was inconsistent or missing entirely in my device. At times, the light did not work at all. Due to these repeated issues, I do not feel confident about the quality or functionality of this particular unit.
