Received the item in good packaging and spent 2 hours setting it up as per instructions. The engine wouldn't start despite having the correct fuel mix and priming the bulb 5-6 times so fuel was in the carburettor.Having had a non-multi tool type of tool before using a similar 2 stroke engine I knew I followed the steps, and checked and re-checked the electrics were working, the spark plug was in and replaced the fuel for a new batch.Took it to a specialist garden tool repairer who said that the choke switch on these machines is labelled BACKWARDS!!!. The OFF for choke is actually ON!!. That's why it wouldn't start I flooded the engine with the choke off.Left it for 2 days and had the choke in the correct position (switch all the way up) and after 5-6 rapid pulls it started.One other thing he mentioned is with these machines they come from the factory with NO GREASE in the Hedge Trimmer gearbox. So use it for 30 mins and the gearbox will thrash itself. So he greased it using the 2 grease nipples and it works.Be aware it's advisable to give this a quick re-grease these after every 30 min run so be warned that you'll need a good grease gun.The machine itself operated quite well but the chain on the pruner gets stuck a fair bit, so be sure to do 2 cuts when cutting branched more than 3 inches in diameter.Once it's up and running it's a decent tool but not as good as an individual hedge trimmer, Chainsaw and strimmer would be. However take into account that quality products of each of those will set you back between £60-£120 each and you're looking at spending 2.5 to 3x the cost.

Excellent piece of kit for a good price. Have only used the trimmer so far but it did what I wanted with no trouble at all. One small item, the chainsaw drive gear cover was cracked slightly when I opened the box, the manufacturer asked me to send them a photo via my mobile and they immediately sent a replacement. Would highly recommend the product and the Company as their after sales response is fantastic.

Had machine for 18 months, it was ok for the first 3 months then the fuel tank guard broke off. Shortly after this the vibrations from the engine kept loosening the screw for the air filter, even afyer using lock tight to fit this back in I end up losing the air filter while using it. Recently it started to over rev while idle and over heat and smoke out of the engine. When I took it to get repaired I was told the crank shaft and casing was cracked and the exhaust manifold had split. The mechanic said this was due to being a a poorly built machine. Both me and the mechanic could not find spares for the engine.I have now brought a mitox multi tool which is much more durable and lighter and easier to get replacement parts.

The Nemax MT22 comes as a kit which you have to assemble.The instructions are easy to follow and the user manual is very good.However, when I tried to assemble it, there appeared to be a small part missing and so I emailed the seller.They apologised and were very helpful and the part arrived in a few days.The machine has now been used and it is excellent.Problems like this sometimes happen but with such good after sales service I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Well made and sturdy. Starting was very easy. Did exactly what it said on the tin. One small problem was that the assembly instructions were not very clear so that putting it all together was more difficult than it ought to have been. On the whole,it it good value for money.

Bought for my husband who maintainsaid the grounds of a local hotel . When it first came he wasn't sure as he thought it looked flimsy. However having tried it out he is really pleased. Lots of tools for a relatively cheap price. He says it's making his jobs easier

Good tool but a little heavy, sometimes hard to start and often cuts out until choke altered.

No puedo opinar por el resto, pero lo que es el mío, duró un solo día, me costó Dios y ayuda arrancarlo por primera vez, siguiendo los pasos que vienen en el libro de instrucciones (En castellano) cuando conseguí arrancarlo al poco tiempo comenzó a fallar el acelerador y a los diez minutos se paró y ya no hubo forma humana de arrancarlo, no es broma si digo que tengo agujetas en el brazo de intentarlo. Lo he empaquetado y devuelto. No digo que la máquina sea mala, los materiales parecen buenos, posiblemente sea un defecto de fábrica.

Comprato per sostituire un 26cc, dopo averlo montato già al primo strappo pensavo che la cordina di avviamento mi rimanesse in mano con qualche pezzo di motore. Parte dopo una ventina di strappi, anche a caldo, e appena arriva a un quarto di serbatoio non pesca più la benzina, comincia a balbettare e poi si spegne. Niente da dire sulla potenza che è ottima ma i materiali sono hobbistici. Ho paura che mentre lavoro si stacchino i manici pur avendo serrato le viti a dovere. Non credo durerà tanto. In ultimo, la testina in dotazione dura il tempo di accenderlo, si aperta in tanti pezzi...inutilizzabile. Nel complesso per i piccoli orti potrebbe andare bene ma i problemi di accensione, anche a caldo, lo rendono insopportabile. Manuale inservibile. L'azienda me ne ha mandato un altro più completo via mail quindi da stampare...ma non facevano prima a metterlo nella scatola quello giusto. accessori, chievi ecc da buttare dopo il primo utilizzo......Chi più spende più guadagna.

Prodotto eccellente, nonostante sia veramente a buon mercato, e complimenti alla casa produttrice per la sua serietà e professionalità. L'utensile infatti mi è stato consegnato sprovvisto di catena per la motosega e con il gruppo contenente la cordicella di avviamento danneggiato da probabili urti in fase di trasporto; ho segnalato il problema ad Amazon che puntualmente ha contattato il venditore il quale ha provveduto immediatamente alla spedizione di quanto difettato e mancante. Che dire... è partito al secondo colpo e si è distinto subito per la sua potenza, sia con l'accessorio per falciare, sia con quelli per la potatura. L'ho utilizzato per circa un'ora e non ha dato alcun problema; rispetto ad altri attrezzi simili ma ben più costosi che ho avuto, l'ho trovato parecchio "assetato", ma nell'insieme mi ritengo soddisfattissimo, almeno per ora.Di nuovo complimenti ad Amazon e alla casa tedesca per la serietà.

La máquina la uso a nivel particular y aproximadamente durante 30 minutos cada vez que la uso y responde perfectamente.Arranca bien, aunque lleve un par de semanas sin usar.Le pongo el "pero" porque el cabezal del hilo se me fastidió el segundo día de uso, abriéndose y perdiendo una pieza metálica por donde pasa el hilo, y al no encontrarla, compré un cabezal universal y ahora va de maravilla.Puedo asegurar que el cabezal estaba perfectamente cerrado.Tener una cosa en cuenta, pues yo no lo hice, no viene con careta protectora.(La cual no estaba anunciada).

Hola, yo me comoré esta multiusos hace aprox un mes, y la verdad estoy bastante conti con ella. Sobre todo la desbrosadora con hilo, la cual tiene unafuerza impresionante. Eso do, se me rompió la pieza de plastico dinde va la bobina y tuve que comprar una universal. Tambien se me ha roto la pieza metalica que proteje el tanque de gasolina. Alguien sabe como y donde pedir esta pieza? Agradezco cualquier respuesta que me pueda ayudar a conseguirla. Muchas gracias.

So ein Kack. Zusammenbau dauerte 2 Stunden, weil die Anleitung hinten und vorne nicht stimmt. Bilder sind grottig und stimmen mit dem Artikel nicht überein. Nummerierungen stimmen nicht mit der Aufbauanleitung zusammen. Zum Glück gibts YouTube mit Videos ähnlicher Sensen. Jetzt springt sie nicht an. Zum weglaufen...beim Hersteller geht nur die Mailbox ran. Ich bin kochgar....Nachtrag: ich habe es jetzt den ganzen Nachmittag probiert, sie springt nicht an. Das kann doch nicht sein.

L'Ho ricevuto con l'imballaggio integro, ma una volta aperta la scatola è rotolato fuori il riparo del filtro aria rotto. Ho scritto alla fabbrica chiedendo il prezzo, le modalità per il pagamento e la spedizione.La ditta non mi ha neanche preso in considerazione perchè manco mi ha risposto.

La compre para cortar setos, cortar unas ramas con la moto sierra, etc.. y ya la he probado dos veces unas 3 horas cada día y la verdad que va de lujo, tiene un consumo razonable, por ejemplo yo he gastado unos 2 litros para recortar unos 100 metros de setos. Los materiales se ven buenos para el precio que tienen, eso si hay que estar fuerte para doblegarla, yo el primer día acabe reventado y el segundo no tanto pero es una herramienta para alguien profesional, creo que es mejor comprar herramientas por separado, como un corta seto o moto sierra individual para alguien que no esté acostumbrado a trabajar duro.

Arrivato con un po' di ritardo rispetto al previsto. Montaggio semplice anche se il manuale di istruzioni lascia molto a desiderare. Provato per un'ora di funzionamento ininterrotto a macinare rovi e sterpaglie con la lama in dotazione, ance se dai materiali si capisce che non è un prodotto adatto ad un uso intensivo, si è rivelato assolutamente all'altezza del compito.

Ich habe das Gerät im Mai 2018 bekommen. Bei normalem Gebrauch ist der Schutzbügen vom Tank, wahrscheinlich durch die massiven Vibrationen, an zwei Befestigungen abgerissen. Der Schutzbügel wurde mir dann auch ersetzt. Außerdem haben sich nach kurzer Benutzung immer wieder Schrauben gelöst. Nach der Inbetriebnahme in diesem Jahr funktioniert der Anlasser nicht mehr, das Seil vom Anlasser wird nicht mehr eingezogen, sodass ich den Motor nicht mehr starten kann. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit TradeGo24 wurde mir geantwortet, dass bei dem Gerät keine Garantie sondern nur eine gesetzliche Mängelhaftung besteht. Das heißt, dass ich 6 Monaten nach Lieferung in der Beweispflicht bin ob der Schaden nicht doch bei mir entstanden ist. Wenn es möglich wäre, würder ich für den Schrott keinen Stern vergeben. Wer billig kauft kauft zweimal.

Hatte bisher nur den Fadentrimmer, die Heckenschere und die Kettensäge im Einsatz. Problemloser Wechsel und Handhabung der Geräte. Nur mit dem Tragegeschirr habe ich noch meine Probleme. Nach einem Heckenschnitt ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Sicherungshebel der Aufsatzkupplung an der Antriebseinheit abgebrochen ist.Nach Email Kontakt wurde wir das Ersatzteil unverzüglich zugestellt. Einen Daumen extra.

Buena maquina para usar en jardines con arboles ,setos ,etc.la motosierra va muy bien incluso con el extensor adicional,Los demas accesorios son correctos aunque la unica pega puede ser que pese un poco y el mando es un poco basico(se puede cambiar )Resumiendo estoy contento con la compra.

La parte que lleva el ovillo de Tanza, no funciona, ni tampoco el disco de cortar, el corta setos se desmonta cada dos por tres, lo único que va bien es la parte de la moto sierra. Un problema para devolver las piezas.
