Works as advertised. But there's one issue (read review)
1st thing→ I only had the BP50 for a little over 24 hours as of this review.EDIT: 2 days after using the BP50 now. There's an issue with no volume once in a while. The way to fix it is to turn off and then on. Minus 2 stars.EDIT 2: Back to 5 stars. Arylic reached out to me. They advised to update the firmware. Post update, once you turn on your TV, give the BP50 a couple of seconds to go form stand by mode to ARC mode. Highly recommend product again!I bought this device (BP50) mainly for the HDMI ARC control. My wife wanted to control TV volume but I wanted to use audio/stereo equipment. The firestick remote won't control my stereo equipment unless your TV and the stereo equipment both have the ARC feature. The BP50 sound quality is an improvement over your TV's sound processing capability. The PB50 also "cleans up" the audio quality too meaning no hissing or white noise.

Great Product... But!
The only thing I didn't like about the BP50 was the "Gain/Volume" indicator! Its kinda weird, instead of "incremental LEDS" the function "Names" light up from Left to right as the dial is increased! ???? Only gripabout the product. I went with a "WiiM Ultra" for probably obvious reasons. Very happy with it.

Crappy Chinese Product
This Chinese product is crap. Too bad amazon doesn't sell more American made quality products. The Chinese product sucks, it makes pops out the speakers. It doesn't always switch the input and you have to keep pressing the button over and over again. The app is also terrible. The pages come up but immediately disappear so you can't change the settings. I'm sending this piece back. America should subsidize American products instead of sending all their money to freaking China and elsewhere. Sad

all in phono with rca in/outs
The media could not be loaded. I have a bit of feedback…. Batteries should come with remote. Is there a way to put a brand logo on charger?. The system makes ticking noise when using the TV in BT mode when navigating through apps or whenever I press buttons on the TV remote.(Maybe thats where the hdmi comes into play). When connected to “Go Control” app using BT mode with phone & TV together, the volume gets lower or higher on its own if you are toggling between apps on your phone or just using it at all. So if my ring camera goes off, the tv or audio will jump in volume drastically…(Only in BT mode with 2 devices connected)Otherwise, I think this is a very awesome, all in one phono pre amp I’ve been searching for to add to my current hifi set-up with turntable and tube pre amp for tone control.

Arylic BP50 is a great product idea but it’s not there yet…
I should say up-front that I really liked and really wanted to keep this product as it was “on paper” the perfect solution for my needs and at an extraordinary price but unfortunately it did not work out that way… I was trying to use this Arylic BP50 to take audio from my LG TV’s HDMI ARC connection and outputting it to a pair of 5" powered studio monitors and a Subwoofer. The problem is that there was a loud and annoying audio cut-off sound every time I raised or lowered the volume when watching TV or just listening to music from any source. Basically it would make this noise any time I pressed a button on the remote, any remote. When using my AppleTV for example, it would make this cut-off noise just while navigating the main menu switching between apps, so I had to turn off the audio cues on the AppleTV just to avoid this nuisance. But what was even worse is that the unit would suddenly just stop working and go silent, it would stop transmitting audio after about an hour of use at regular or even low volumes, it would not turn off, it would just go silent and the only solution was to turn it off and back on for it to work again. Unfortunately this would happen again in the next hour or so for sure! I have never experienced such issues with a brand new audio device before. After I submitted the return request the company contacted me to get feedback on what was the problem. I explained it thoroughly and they just apologized for the inconvenience and said that they hope to work out these issues in their next production batch… I appreciated the honesty. And I sincerely hope they do because I still think the BP50 DAC/Preamplifier is a genius product at a great price, and when they come up with an update I will most likely try it again because personally I think every DAC out there over $100 should have a preamp function as well that includes an HDMI eARC input and a subwoofer output - no excuses!!
