Dry and bitter with lots of hard bits...
I love Nibble’s brownie bites so I thought I’d give the protein bites a go but they are disappointingly bitter, dry in texture with lots of unpleasant hard bits to bite and chew through; I assume that’s the seeds but it might be the protein crisps which are also hard and stale. They’re not overly sweet as a snack (which I like) but the bitter lemon flavour is dominant along with the familiar taste of pea protein which could have been better disguised in my opinion.The redeeming factor with these are the macros, especially the high protein and lower sugar combo but I wouldn’t get these again; they don't feel worth the price despite the macros.
