This occurs on all four cutters and is worse on the boring bar. When turned sideways no light should be seen between carbide and holder. You can measure with a feeler gauge. This gap can cause the carbide to snap in half. And vibrate etc. Also unusual was that the insert box is unlabeled. Now this was my personal experience with the one I ordered.
