Excellent wireless mics for video production — clean audio and long battery life
I use the RØDE Wireless GO III regularly as the marketing director for our company, and these have been a fantastic addition to our video setup. We film a lot of content using a Canon camera, and these mics integrate perfectly with that workflow. Setup is quick, the connection is reliable, and the audio quality is consistently clean and professional. One of the biggest benefits for me is how little post-production work the audio requires. The sound comes through clear and balanced, so I rarely need to spend much time fixing or cleaning up audio during editing. Another standout feature is the battery life. We’ve used these during longer filming sessions, and the charge holds up really well. It’s nice not having to worry about the mics dying mid-shoot. The system itself is also compact and easy to transport, which makes it great for filming in different locations around the office or on-site. Things I like: ✔ Very clean, consistent audio quality ✔ Works great with our Canon camera setup ✔ Minimal audio editing needed in post-production ✔ Long battery life for filming sessions ✔ Compact and easy to set up I’m including photos of the mics and setup so you can see the size and design. Overall, these are an excellent choice if you’re recording interviews, marketing videos, or social content and want reliable wireless audio without a complicated setup.

Excellent wireless audio system for creators
The RØDE Wireless GO III is an outstanding wireless microphone system. The audio quality is very clear and professional, making it perfect for videos, interviews, and content creation. Setup is extremely simple and the connection is reliable with no noticeable dropouts. One of the best features is how compact and lightweight the transmitters and receiver are. They clip on easily and do not feel bulky while recording. The battery life is also strong and lasts long enough for extended filming sessions. Overall this is a fantastic wireless microphone system for anyone creating video content or recording interviews. The sound quality, reliability, and ease of use make it well worth it. I highly recommend it.

Easy, reliable, and excellent!
Excellent! These mics have become the staple of my videography. They are easy to use, just turn on and go, and they work when you need them to. The 32-bit float has made a significant difference, but these mics just have a great way of picking up the audio you want and filtering out what you don't. I have used these while filming interviews in packed conventions, and recorded myself driving in my Jeep with the top off at 70mph, and you can hear me clearly with no wind noise. I call these simply amazing for the price. Another great feature is that each mic records onboard, so you can just use these to record whatever. I have used them for filming interviews over three days on just a single charge.

Good quality, all round. Mike used for DSLR hot shoe wireless solution / static vlog shots.
The sound recording is very good, the product quality is high. I'd say for $299 it's well worth it. I installed the receiver on the hot shoe of a Canon EOS DSLR and used a Rode Laravel mike on my lapel. I sat the rode transmitter on my belt. I was wowed by many features. Onboard sound recording as a backup, just plug it into your PC and it acts as a hard drive. Great clear screen information. Fast charging with monitors. Long life, and a lot of community notes on resolving issues. I edit on Linux Mint btw, and had few issues, if any. Camera latency matching audio to visual was a nice healthy zero. A lot of extras in the pack. Better than my DJI product which got my card cancelled as 'fraud detected'. Better quality too. It just looks and feels nice as well. It has function, it has form too.

Great sound but not practical to use
The sound is excellent. It's a great product, but I'm going to mention some drawbacks that no one else talks about. Cons: The biggest one is the USB data transfer speed. It's around 5MB/s!!! Yes, you read that right. Only a few forums mention this problem. If you record interviews or long conversations and then want to edit them, you'll have a tedious wait to copy the WAV files to your PC. Another problem is that the Smartlav+ microphone for cell phones, although it can be used here with adapters, has an inverted waveform. So it can only be used correctly with the receiver (TRRS). If you want to use it with the transmitter using an adapter, you have to be careful not to use two microphones because if you do, the transmitter with the Smartlav+ will give you a WAV file with the signal inverted, and when you mix that with the other microphone, they will cancel each other out or sound very bad. Another drawback is the size. They are awkward, and the magnetic clips have to be bought separately. So... In conclusion, I think it's worth buying the PRO model: you get two high-quality lavalier microphones, you get TimeCode; although I prefer the sound of these, you also get the charging case—a lot for a small price difference. However, I believe the USB speed is the same, 5MB/s. Another point is Rode's support for direct Bluetooth connection. For now, this feature, both for these microphones and the PRO models, is only available for iOS. I hope a future firmware update will release it for Android. If you have a Sony camera, you might consider DJI, as they offer a cold shoe adapter that allows you to record at 24-bit with the camera itself (without using TRS cables). Remember that Sony only records at 16-bit via TRS input. This option doesn't currently exist for Rode, I suppose due to patent issues.

Excellent Wireless Mic System
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Wireless Mic – Easy Setup, Clear Audio, Long Battery Life The RØDE Wireless microphone system exceeded my expectations. Setup is incredibly easy and intuitive. I was up and running within minutes without needing to adjust complex settings. Audio quality is excellent. The microphones maintain clear, clean sound even at a good distance from the receiver, with strong and reliable signal performance. Voices come through crisp and natural, making it ideal for interviews, presentations, and video recording. Battery life is another standout feature. The battery lasts a long time, easily supporting extended recording sessions without interruptions or frequent recharging. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable product that performs exactly as advertised. I highly recommend the RØDE Wireless microphones and will definitely continue using them as a satisfied customer.

Love these rode mics
Mics sound amazing just wish it came with a hard charging case like the pros vs the soft case. I purchased a hard case to compliment the rode mics. Great product!

Fantastic Wireless Mics
Solid compact mics that sound good. Yes, you need to EQ these differently than your desktop mic etc, but that's expected. Great addition to my setup with my RØDECASTER Pro II (and super simple direct wireless pairing!).
