Big pills, good quality
These tablets certainly cover all bases, as they include four different forms of magnesium to make a dose just over the RDA. They're also made in the UK, which I like as I like to support British manufacturing plus it's more ecologically sound than a product imported and I have more confidence in the quality than from some other countries such as a China.They claim to be gentle on the stomach and I can confirm they caused me no issues, though I admit I don't have a especially sensitive stomach.They do require a dose of two tablets a day, so this is a 45 day supply, but that's fair for the price. The tablets are very large though - I have no problem swallowing pills and they claim they're designed to be easy to swallow, but there's no getting away from how large they are.

Good quality and very useful.
This supplement contains 4 different types of magnesium. It is difficult to swallow, but I definitely notice a difference when I take these tablets. I sleep better and get less cramps. They are very good.These are made by a UK company and they are very good quality. I'm happy with these tablets and I will continue to take them.

Quite big capsules
We have tried quite a few types and strengths of magnesium.Whilst these are quite big (you absolutely need a large drink of water to get them down) I noticed a difference quite quickly. Well more so when I missed a day (I take them because I get cramps in my legs) my legs were so so sore. Back taking them again and the cramps are far less.I would absolutely get these again, would be better if they were smaller in size, just easier to go down but again just drink more water when taking them, 4/5.
