Bought this item, from Amazon UK, but company is based in ITALY. Items DO NOT WORK, send it back for a full refund within 14 days cooling period, they will NOT refund or give my full money back. They will ask you to buy another products. If their products do not work, what is the point of buying other items. Call Customer service on numerous occasions, they don't speak or write English , don't understand a word. Asked to speak speak to the in-charge (Anna ), just giving excuses she is busy on the phone and would NOT reply to my emails. Not only, they will just fool and ignoring you around but make you fed-up with them. After sales service is Worst? Cannot understand invoice written in Italian, and does NOT come with ENGLISH manual and installation guide. I had to find an Italian installer , Installation was so complicated and hard. Bought another replacement product (more expensive and powerful, Sometimes items work and get stuck in the middle of opening the door., had to put it into manual mode and push a massive 2000 kg door by hand.) What is the point of having an automated door system, the gate opener does NOT function fully and item start rusting round the metal motor. The exterior body is made of cheap plastic. The plastic has cracked with rain weather condition water getting inside the motor. It does NOT come with 1 year warranty likewise in the UK, all products come with at least 1 year UK warranty. All parts does NOT have and come with warranty (only motor... No electrical circuit or switches.) They will NOT offer a replacement again. They will wind you up until you give up, Not only they have overcharged me for the replacement items (charged with new price, a massive 22% VAT/Tax and expensive postage to UK).This is the worst customer service ever, I will NOT recommend any purchase from this company any more.MY ADVICE IS TO BUY FROM A UK-BASED REPUTABLE COMPANY (LIKE BFT). Value for money.DON'T BE FOOL BY THE ADVERT, IT IS NOT COMPLETE. ADDING ALL THE EXTRA, (FOR 800 KG, IS £976, FOR 1000 KG IS £1250). THEY WANT YOU TO BUY YOU DIRECTLY FROM WEBSITE WITH ALL THE EXTRA, SO YOU CANNOT RETURN UNDER 28 DAYS RETURN POLICY). AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DON'T HEADACHE, AND DROP YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.UPDATEDHAVE TO REPLACE MY AUTOMATIC GATE OPENER WITH A NEW ONE (BPF) BECAUSE THIS RUBBISH DID NOT LAST EVEN AT LEAST A YEAR. BIGGEST REGRET IN MY LIFE, £1275 DOWN THE DRAIN.
